12:6. اُس نے یہ اِسلئِے نہ کہا کہ اُس کو غریبوں کی فِکر تھی بلکہ اِسلئِے کہ چور تھا اور چُونکہ اُس کے پاس اُن کی تھیلی رہتی تھی اُس میں جو کُچھ پڑتا وہ نِکال لیتا تھا۔

12:6. (Now Judas said this not because he was concerned about the poor, but because he was a thief. As keeper of the money box, he used to steal what was put into it.)

12:6. Not that he cared for the poor-- he was a thief, and since he was in charge of the disciples' money, he often stole some for himself.
