11:42. لیکِن اَے فرِیسیو تُم پر اَفسوس کہ پودِینے اور سداب اور ہر ایک ترکاری پر دہ یکی دیتے ہو اور اِنصاف اور خُدا کی محبّت سے غافِل رہتے ہو۔ لازِم تھا کہ یہ بھی کرتے اور وہ بھی نہ چھوڑتے۔

11:42. "But woe to you Pharisees! You give a tenth of your mint, rue, and every herb, yet you neglect justice and love for God! But you should have done these things without neglecting the others.

11:42. "What sorrow awaits you Pharisees! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore justice and the love of God. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.

11:42. But woe unto you Pharisees! for ye tithe mint and rue and every herb, and pass over justice and the love of God: but these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
