23:19. خدا انسان نہیں کہ جھوٹ بولے اور نہ آدم زاد ہے کہ اپنا ارادہ بدلےکیا جو کچھ اس نے کہا اسے نہ کرے؟یا جو کچھ اس نے فرمایا اسےپورا نہ کرے؟

23:19. God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a human being, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not make it happen?

23:19. God is not a man, so he does not lie. He is not human, so he does not change his mind. Has he ever spoken and failed to act? Has he ever promised and not carried it through?

23:19. God is not a man; he will not lie. God is not a human being; his decisions will not change. If he says he will do something, then he will do it. If he makes a promise, then he will do what he promised.
