46:11. جو مشرق سے عقاب کو یعنی اس شخص کو جو میرے ارادہ کو پورا کریگا دور کے ملک سے بلاتا ہوں میں ہی نے یہ کیا اور میںہی اسکو وقوع میں لاونگا۔ میں نے اس کا ارادہ کیا اور میں ہی اسے پورا کرونگا ۔

46:11. who summons an eagle from the east, from a distant land, one who carries out my plan. Yes, I have decreed, yes, I will bring it to pass; I have formulated a plan, yes, I will carry it out.

46:11. I am calling a man from the east to do what I want. He will come like an eagle from a faraway country. He will do all that I have planned. Everything I said will happen just as I said it would.
