31:2. پر وہ بھی تو عقل مند ہے اور بلا نازل کریگا اور اپنے کلام کو باطل نہیں ہونے دیگا ۔ وہ شریروں کے گھرانے پر اور ان پر جو بدکرداروں کی حمایت کرتے ہیں چڑھائی کریگا۔

31:2. Yet he too is wise and he will bring disaster; he does not retract his decree. He will attack the wicked nation, and the nation that helps those who commit sin.
