9:33. The musicians and Levite family leaders stayed in rooms at the sanctuary and were exempt from other duties, for day and night they had to carry out their assigned tasks.

9:33. The musicians, all prominent Levites, lived at the Temple. They were exempt from other responsibilities since they were on duty at all hours.

9:33. And these are the singers, heads of fathers houses of the Levites, who dwelt in the chambers and were free from other service; for they were employed in their work day and night.
