23:16. اورابرؔہام نے عِفرون نے ابرؔہام کی بات مان لی ۔ سو ابؔرہام نے عِفرون کو اُتنی ہی چاندی کی چار سَو مِثقال جو سَوداگروں میں رائج تھی ۔

23:16. So Abraham agreed to Ephron's price and weighed out for him the price that Ephron had quoted in the hearing of the sons of Heth— 400 pieces of silver, according to the standard measurement at the time.

23:16. So Abraham agreed to Ephron's price and paid the amount he had suggested-- 400 pieces of silver, weighed according to the market standard. The Hittite elders witnessed the transaction.

23:16. And Abraham hearkened unto Ephron. And Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver which he had named in the audience of the children of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, current money with the merchant.

23:16. Abraham understood that Ephron was telling him the price of the land. So Abraham paid him for the land. He weighed out ten pounds of silver for Ephron and gave it to the merchant.

23:16. Abraham listened to Ephron. Abraham weighed to Ephron the silver which he had named in the audience of the children of Heth, four hundred shekels of silver, according to the current merchants\' standard.
